While we hope you’ll love every piece, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns process, eligibility, and terms.

Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided we’re notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and safely repacked for return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage, delays, or loss during return transit. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering insurance for items over $75.

Approved returns can be processed as either store credit or a refund. Store credit is issued for the full product amount once the item is received and assessed. Refunds are available where approved and incur a 5% restocking fee to cover handling and transaction costs. Refunds will be paid back to the original form of payment within 1–3 business days of return approval. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Clearance and discounted items are final and cannot be returned. Gift cards and made-to-order items are also excluded from returns.

Please note that many of our pieces are handcrafted and made using natural materials such as jute, raffia, seagrass, and reclaimed wood. Variations in colour, texture, and imperfections are part of their unique character and are not considered faults. Returns will not be accepted for details clearly viewed & described on the product page, including one-of-a-kind pieces with individual listings, sizing, finish, or condition.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. In the case of a cancellation prior to dispatch, any non-refundable platform or transaction fees may be deducted from your refund.
