Urgent Orders or Express Shipping
If you require your order by a specific date please leave a note at checkout or email us prior to purchase. While most of our carriers do not offer express services (and Australia Post do not offer a fragile service), we're happy to provide an express quote if appropriate.

Fragile & Bulky Items
To ensure safe arrival, fragile and heavy items are packaged separately and may not be combined. If multiple fragile items cannot be safely packed together, additional shipping costs may apply. Wherever possible, we’ll combine items into a single parcel to minimise shipping charges. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us prior to purchase for a tailored quote.

Dispatch Timeframes
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after Thursday evening may be held until Monday dispatch, as most carriers do not operate over the weekend. Once your order is booked, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. During peak periods delivery times may be extended & are out of our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Parcel Protection – Shiptection
We offer optional parcel protection through Shiptection, which covers loss or damage in transit. This option is automatically added at checkout. If you choose to remove this protection, Wander & Wild Home is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once they leave our premises. Claims for covered parcels can be submitted directly via Shiptection’s website.

International Orders

Preorders
If you purchase a preorder item with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready — unless otherwise arranged via email. We provide the most accurate ETAs available based on information from our shipping partners, though delays may occasionally occur due to customs or import logistics. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
