CARE GUIDE

Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting—avoid rotating brushes, which may damage the fibres. Spot clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning for a deeper refresh when needed. Rotate every 3–6 months to balance wear in high-traffic areas. Avoid direct sunlight to help preserve the natural colour variation.

RETURNS

We accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit (if eligible) — simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7 days.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely repacked for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
