Lightweight in form but rich in natural texture, Sela brings softness, movement and an organic finish to the wall.

Long natural raffia fibres fall from a gently curved woven base, suspended from a slim braided seagrass cord and finished with white wooden beads. The narrow silhouette gives the piece a lighter presence than a larger wall hanging, making it easy to introduce texture without adding visual weight.

The combination of loose raffia, woven seagrass and simple bead detailing gives Sela a relaxed, handcrafted feel that works naturally within coastal, earthy and organic interiors.

Dimensions: 100cm long (top of hanger to raffia ends) x 30-40cm at widest point.

As raffia and seagrass are natural materials, subtle variations in colour, fibre, shape and finish can occur between pieces. Natural fibres may also settle or shift during transit and can be gently arranged by hand once hung. Organic materials can lighten over time when exposed to direct sunlight, so please consider placement before hanging your piece.

STYLE TIPS

Use Sela to soften areas with strong straight lines or hard finishes, such as beside cabinetry, shelving or timber furniture. For a more collected look, layer it near framed artwork or other natural wall pieces, allowing some negative space between each element rather than creating a tightly grouped display. Pair with linen, raw timber, woven baskets and textural ceramics to build on the relaxed natural palette. Let the raffia fall loosely rather than over-styling the fibres—the movement and irregularity are part of the appeal.

CARE GUIDE

Keep dry and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as natural raffia and seagrass can lighten over time. Fibres may settle or shift during transit. Once hung, gently separate and arrange the raffia by hand to restore its shape. Dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth or duster. Avoid moisture.

RETURNS

We accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit (if eligible) — simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7 days.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely repacked for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
