The timber rod used to suspend this hanging is crafted from natural wood and may vary slightly between batches. Some rods may appear more raw and organic, while others are more evenly sanded. If you have a preference, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this from available stock.

We ship Australia-wide with flat-rate pricing based on your order total. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, with tracking provided via email once dispatched.

RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit (if eligible) — simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7 days.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely repacked for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made by hand using natural materials, slight variations are to be expected and are not considered faults. Returns will not be granted for details clearly shown or noted in product descriptions, including sizing, material, or condition.
