You will receive still your voucher via email however, your gift card will also be sent to your nominated postal address free of any shipping charge.
E-Voucher: Voucher is sent to your nominated email address at time of checkout. (Please remember to check spam folders). Where this option is selected you will not receive a physical voucher, but an emailed certificate only with coupon code for storewide use.
All physical vouchers come with free postage. Please allow sufficient time for any possible postage delays that may be out of our control.
Our vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide with flat-rate pricing based on your order total. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, with tracking emailed once dispatched.
Remote areas (WA, NT, FNQ) and larger or fragile items may incur extra costs — we’ll contact you before dispatch if this applies. Please reach out prior to ordering if you need urgent delivery or have any questions.

RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit (if eligible) — simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7 days.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely repacked for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made by hand using natural materials, slight variations are to be expected and are not considered faults. Returns will not be granted for details clearly shown or noted in product descriptions, including sizing, material, or condition.
